Commerce on earth can be traced back as early as 800 BC India and organizations known as ‘shreni’ were the first known businesses that could independently enter into buyer/seller agreements. Nearly 2000 years later, the Song Dynasty invented partnerships and joint-stock companies that helped form the basis of today’s modern capital structures. The history of commerce on earth extends for more than 3000 years but one constant has always existed: The need for collaboration.

Globalization has given us the tools to create businesses of unimaginable scale and capability. Technology advancements have further pushed the needle, allowing us to create systems that manage resources, accounting, and customer records. The challenge is companies were made to work together – systems were not, and no platform exists to connect all these systems together through one platform. Until now.
